Some of the favorites this place is serving up are the Chocolate Frappe and Zip’s Special, an open-faced sandwich with a seared 8 oz. rib-eye and a side of fries. This diner has also been featured in a couple literary giants’ writings, Stephen King and J.A. Jance. The 66 Diner is located on the iconic Route 66 as it makes it pass through Albuquerque, NM. The décor of this establishment is classis 1950’s diner with glowing neon lights, a checkerboard floor, and of course a jukebox.
